ContentPilot.Production (“the App”) is operated by Arshanadam, owned by Neelakantan Pudarjuna Iyer.

ContentPilot is a content management and publishing platform used to manage and distribute content to authorized social media pages and digital platforms owned or administered by Arshanadam.

ContentPilot may access limited data from connected platforms using their official APIs.

These platforms may include:

  • LinkedIn

  • WhatsApp

The App may access the following information where authorized:

  • Page or channel name and ID

  • Page publishing permissions

  • Content publishing capabilities

  • Basic engagement metrics

The App does NOT access personal private data of users.

  • Access private profile information

  • Store user passwords

All platform access occurs through secure OAuth authorization provided by the platform itself.

  • Improving reliability of the publishing system

4. Data Storage

System access tokens and platform credentials are stored securely and used only for authorized publishing operations.

Security measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access.

ContentPilot integrates with external services including but not limited to:

Users may request deletion of any stored integration data.
