If you wish to request deletion of any data associated with the ContentPilot platform, you may submit a request using the contact information below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of data related to ContentPilot integrations, please send an email to:

neela.puda@gmail.com

Please include the following information in your request:

  • The name of the page, channel, or platform connected to ContentPilot

  • Your contact details

  • A brief description of the deletion request

What Data May Be Deleted

Upon verification of the request, the following information may be removed from the system:

  • Platform access tokens

  • Page or channel integration data

  • Stored publishing metadata related to the integration

Content published on external platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or WordPress) will remain subject to the policies of those platforms.

Processing Time

All valid data deletion requests will be processed within:

7 business days
