These Terms of Service govern the use of ContentPilot.Production (“the App”), operated by Arshanadam, owned by Neelakantan Pudarjuna Iyer.

By using this application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose

ContentPilot is a digital publishing and content management tool used to create, schedule, and publish content to authorized social media pages, channels, and websites owned or administered by Arshanadam.

Supported platforms may include:

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • YouTube

  • LinkedIn

  • WhatsApp

  • WordPress

  • Other connected platforms

2. Authorized Use

This application is intended solely for authorized administrators and operators managing digital properties owned or controlled by Arshanadam.

Unauthorized use of the system is strictly prohibited.

3. Platform Compliance

All users agree to comply with the policies and terms of any third-party platform integrated with ContentPilot, including but not limited to:

  • Meta Platform Terms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)

  • YouTube API Services Terms

  • LinkedIn API Terms

  • Applicable website platform policies

  • Applicable local laws and regulations

4. Content Responsibility

All content published using ContentPilot remains the responsibility of the page or channel administrators.

The App operator does not review or moderate every piece of content published through the system.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App operator is not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions caused by external platforms

  • API policy changes made by third-party platforms

  • Platform moderation decisions (such as content removal or account restrictions)

  • Temporary service downtime caused by maintenance or technical issues

6. System Availability

ContentPilot is provided as an operational tool and may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable during system maintenance.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the platform or integration policies.
